Welcome to Our School

Dr. Ron Wooding Principal

Dr. Ron Wooding

Welcome to Caldwell Enhanced Option Elementary School. Our goal here is simple: We want to create an engaging, hands-on learning community where we can maximize the potential of every student. At Caldwell, we demonstrate how much we care for our students by establishing high expectations—we expect all of our students to be respectful, responsible and safe.

I believe that parents serve an important role in this learning community. Parents are the first teachers, and their homes are the first classrooms for our students. Therefore, it is my goal to give all families the personal attention they deserve. Ultimately, we expect students—and parents—to do their best!

School Description

Safe, clean, engaging, nurturing, challenging and fun. These are just a few words that describe the learning environment at Caldwell Enhanced Option Elementary School. When you walk through the doors, you’ll find highly qualified teachers and staff who employ a variety of strategies in order to provide every child who enters our doors a solid educational foundation.

As an enhanced option school, Caldwell boasts an extended school day and small class sizes, which make a world of difference to our students. Not only are we able to offer uninterrupted literacy and numeracy blocks, we also give our students plenty of one-on-one and small group learning time.
